We are seeking skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team in preventing hack attacks on critical energy infrastructure. The ideal candidates will be responsible for protecting OT and IT networks from malware, ransomware and industrial controls from cyber-attacks. Cybersecurity Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures using AI agents.
* Secure and monitor Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA ( Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) networks to protect power grids and renewable energy assets from cyber threats.
* Collaborate with field engineers to ensure that industrial devices ( PLCs, RTUs, and Inverters) are physically and digitally sucured during installation.
*Implement and maintain security measures for the SCADA ( Superviorsory Control And Data Aqusistion ) network to prevent unauthorized remote access or manipulation of industrial processes.
* Monitor electric vehicle charging station infrastructure for vulnerabilities to ensure 98% uptime.
* Incident Response: identifying and mitigating real time threats to grid stability.
* Compliance: Compliance as a Service (CaaS) Ensuring adherence to NERC CIP standards and federal regulations.
* Risk Assessment: Conducting vulnerability scans on legacy hardware and modern IoT sensors.
* Experience: 3+ years in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure.
* Risk Management: Management security detection and incident response procedure.
* Skills: Proficiency in Programable Logic Controller (PLC) essential for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) roles.
* Essential Soft Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
* Work Location: USA remote.
